ProFlakes absorb 5 times their volume in water. They are obtained by decompression

ProFlakes come 100% from cereal straw, going through an industrial process in order to obtain homogeneity and neutralization of possible germs in the product. During the process, the ProFlakes are palletized at a temperature of more than 95ºC and undergo a compression of 100 bars. Thanks to this compression process, the ProFlakes absorb about 5 or 6 times their volume of water.
